Nature Immersion Lab
Intimate ecology based on science and ancient practices
Discover the ‘how’ in the quest to connect more deeply to nature.
What we do
Nature Immersion Lab blends contemporary science with ancient mindfulness & nature embodiment practices to deepen your connection to nature.
How we do it
Somatic ecology uses your breath and body as a bridge to the natural world. Through guided sensory awareness, walking and movement, breathwork, and creative expression you will perceive nature differently – something you’re part of, not separate from. We start with a walk and talk, with a mix of ecology, biology and geology, and then move into somatic ecology. We work in face to face, online or hybrid environments to do this.
Benefits for you
A deeper connection to nature creates the conditions for genuine relationship with all living things. Experience –
– An empathetic relationship with nature which is dynamic,
interactive, reciprocal, abundant and restorative.
– Connection with the land, sea, trees, plants, birds and animals.
– The quiet mind associated with eco-calmness and nervous system regulation.
– The advantage of innovative adaptive responses to problems.
– The enjoyment of increased creative capacity
– The fulfillment of ecological understanding through direct experience.
– Feelings of awe, wonder and the inter- connectedness of everything
